Yoga Life's Daily Classes are located in Monte Vista Retreat Center.  We are located just off the main road heading North West out of Thong Sala, about 5 minutes from town (15 minutes walking).  For directions or more information please Contact Us. 

 

Daily Classes are open to everyone and take place 7 days a week at 8am.  All levels are welcome.
